What is a Redondo ball? It is a soft, inflatable and very durable balloon made from the Ruton material which is odorless, latex free and made of 100% recyclable plastic. It can be quickly inflated with the mouth. 

It serves as the ideal Pilates partner, for training the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as for neck massage and deep relaxation. The ball is flexible yet sturdy is very durable and can be used in many ways in Pilates, Wellness, Fitness and MindBody.

With little air, the ball can be used as a support cushion for the back or neck. It can support a body weight of up to 120 kg (264.5 lbs) when exercising while lying down. Stuck between the thighs, it is also used to fix and strengthen the muscles. The elastic skin also makes it ideal for gripping and catching exercises. An exercise poster is included.

La balle Redondo est également utilisée pour le massage ou comme appui-tête ou cou.  Serrez la balle entre vos jambes pour renforcer les muscles de vos jambes et vos fesses. Utilisez-le comme support sous votre dos pour renforcer votre musculature centrale.

Le Redondo Ball peut être facilement gonflé par la bouche (une paille pour plus de confort et d’hygiène est fournie avec le produit). Le remplissage d'air peut être ajusté pour rendre la balle plus douce (assise ou appui-tête) ou plus rigide pour d'autres exercices.
